Our Customer InsightsPlatform (CIP) team collects audits events, assesses interactions, and provides risk responses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the future of data sharing across government.Job descriptionIdeal Candidate: What youll need: An understandingof Sequel Query Language (SQL). Experience of setting up dashboards and constructing queries. To be successful in the role you will: Lead and support Data Analysts as requests from users and stakeholders are assessed, and decide which product team is bestplaced to resolve. Set up new user accounts for applications such as Superset and Splunk. Coach and mentor users in search creation. Ensure essential appropriate security clearance is implemented.ResponsibilitiesEssential Criteria: Comfortable working withremote teams: Experience of leading a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable communicating with users at a variety of levels. Working knowledge of user authentication through role-based management: Deep understanding and application of data security criteria.Owning and resolving support tickets and change requests from users and stakeholders, by following agreed processes. Comfortable investigating a range of issues raised by users and carrying out root-cause analysis. Desirable Criteria: Lead and motivate theteam to deliver high quality results: Work with the product teams to understand their needs. Self organisation, management and planning of own work within the teams backlog. Experience analysing data: Proven track record on the use of SQL, Splunk and/orGoogle Analytics tooling. Develop service dashboards, writing ad-hoc queries to iterate and improve them based on feedback. Stakeholder communications experience: Use influence and direction, often where resistance is encountered, to produce collective outcomes.Communicating complex information in a manner that is understandable and in the most appropriate format. Make complex look and sound simple. Working in a Lean, Agile environment: Maintain guidance on Confluence. Working knowledge of GitHub and the abilityto make changes.
