Job Description

SENIOR CRM MANAGERUp to £60,000LondonHarnham is working with a global FinTech on a Senior CRM Manager role.THE ROLE:You will be:

  • Managing internal stakeholder communications (including product marketing managers, product managers, UX researchers, designers, copywriters)
  • Maintaining and implementing A/B Tests
  • Managing the end-to-end process for customer communications across all channels (e.g. email, push, in-app, messages)
  • Owning lifecycle communications for customers
  • Analysing campaign performance by using data to identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates across all stages of customer lifecycle
  • Manage customer database with a focus on retention and engagement
  • Define and analyse regional user segments and create optimization plans
  • They cover the basics in terms of processes around customer comms and sending out marketing comms.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will be:
  • Competent coding in HTML
  • Have experience with Braze or similar cross-channel marketing platform i.e. Salesforce, Adobe
  • Have worked cross-functionally i.e. with product marketing managers, copywriters etc
  • A/B testing experience on campaigns
