Senior CRM Executive - Fashion Retailer£32,000 - £37,000A leading fashion retailer founded in 2008 who have gone from strength to strength are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their growing Digital & eCommerce team in London.The company have a unique range of products in the fashion and knitwear industry. The team is small, so you will have a lot of ownership of all things Email & CRM.They have an incredible office in the heart of Soho and work in the office two days per week.Responsibilities·Build on the current email marketing strategy to develop personalised and automated marketing programmes·Seek opportunities to drive email engagement metrics, grow active customer base and to improve repeat purchase rate·You will manage the email marketing calendar, working with the creative team and copywriters to plan content, brief in assets, build campaigns and schedule campaigns·Carry out the end to end production of broadcast emails across their main markets - brief, coordinate, build, target, send and report.·Report on the performance of weekly and monthly emails, sharing learnings and insights to drive opportunities and improve performance·Work with the eCommerce & Content team to ensure emails are fit for purpose and on brandExperience·Ideally educated to degree level·2+ years experience in Email Marketing & CRM·Experience working in a fast paced CRM environment, ideally in a small business/ team·Experience in the end to end process of email marketing
