Job Description

SENIOR CREDIT RISK MANAGER UP TO £90,000LONDON (HYBRID)THE COMPANYThis is an opportunity to join a leading fintech company that provides flexible and accessible financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) including short-term loans and revolving credit lines. The company utilizes advanced technologyand data-driven algorithms to assess creditworthiness, enabling swift loan approvals and disbursements.THE ROLE

  • Monitor the lending portfolio and performance of credit risk strategies.
  • Work with credit risk model owners to improve and implement new strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends on the loan portfolio and act upon them.
  • Work closely with the data science function to automate lending decisions using machine learning and AI techniques.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must have a clear understanding of developing application scorecards and data science techniques.
  • Experience developing credit lending decision strategies from scratch.
  • Proven experience in an SME lending environment is essential.
  • Educated in a numeric discipline to degree level.
