We are excited to be recruiting for a brand new and exclusive Senior Counsel position with a boutique professional services business in London.You will be joining a team of lawyers who provide bespoke advise to investment professionals. The team are experienced at working on international and cross-border deals and work with clients across the globe.They are looking for an experienced lawyer who will specialise in banking and finance matters including advising lenders and borrowers, trustees and sponsors on cross-border lending and capital market transactions.The successful candidate is likely to have at least 5 or 6 years PQE with a specialism in banking and finance with a leading City firm.
