Job Description

You will needto be able to work on confidential and sensitive matters, exercising good judgement in the execution of their role and putting the needs of the business first. You will also be expected to “cast the right shadow” within the wider business, including actingas a liaison point into both the Innovation Bank and wider legal teams.Primary Responsibilities: · Global Vendor contract review, interpretation, and drafting, including negotiating NDAs as well as advising the business on insourcing and outsourcing arrangements. · Working closely with Privacy teams to embed a target operating model for HINV Privacy and advising on compliance with regulation on an ongoing basis. · Working with change management team on a broad range of EMEA projects ranging from product development and enhancement to strategic growth projects.Desired Skills and Attributes: · Solicitor qualified in England and Wales or similar overseas jurisdiction holding a current practicing certificate. · General project management skills, taking into account multiple stakeholders · Experience of working in a regulated environment with experience of managing change management projects · Effective organisational and analytical skills; must have great attention to detail. · Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Familiarity with contracts and other general corporate documents. · Must be a highly self-motivated individual who can work independently and be a team player · Must be able to prioritize, and often handle simultaneously, multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to deadlines. · An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties. The role normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work but receives general instructions on new assignments.
