As a future Senior Corporate Messaging and Campaigns Manager, you will report to Global Head of Corporate Messaging & Campaigns, and you will be part of AXA IM Corporate Communications. DISCOVER your opportunity You will support AXA IMs brand perception by developing corporate messaging in line with a strategic corporate communications campaign. Take lead on creating innovative and engaging content via a campaign structure that bring our brand to life whilst alsoconsidering reach and distribution tactics. Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Manage project workflow and delivery of corporate communications campaigns
• Drive the production of content, with support from agencies or freelancers, by partnering with key stakeholders to uncover the powerful corporate stories and insights that differentiate AXA IM, are aligned to the campaign ad our purpose.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social Media, Internal Communications, Media Relations, Marketing and Sales, RFP etc to maximise opportunities for success
• Be familiar with competitor activities and approaches and proactively provide insight.
• Write and edit messaging for corporate campaigns and ad hoc corporate topics that promote AXA IMs corporate topics/themes
• Work closely with agencies and other 3rd parties in the delivery of campaigns, including retained comms agency, supporting the flow of information through writing effective briefs, providing design direction and feedback to produce powerful stories andformats
• Manage the Editorial Business Committee (Comms editorial meeting with senior stakeholders)
• Advise and input into the Research Forum associated with the Investment Institute , liaise with stakeholders and our external advisors. Manage the corporate promotion of the thought leadership produced.

• Degree level
• Communication / Marketing / Speechwriting
• PR
• Project management,
• Proven experience within corporate communications
• Experienced in a writing-focused role desired (50% of working hours are spent researching, writing, editing, and story crafting)

Your knowledges and skills:

• Asset management and interest topics such as Sustainability, Inclusion and Diversity, ESG more broadly.
• Strong interest in newsworthy topics and trends in the asset management industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a clear and compelling style that is easy to digest and helps AXA IM stand out in the industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, management and internal/external business partners/clients
• Journalistic storytelling skills; understanding of how to craft engaging content
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
