About usDo you have a keen eye for business improvements and a passion for quality serviceConsider the role of a Senior Continuous Improvements Executive with Reed in Partnership!Salary: £28000 - £34000 per annumLocation: Southwark, LondonWe are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.About the RoleMain responsibilities:

  • Work with Operations teams to support improvements in delivery and performance.
  • Support Operations to implement quality improvement tools and processes, such as observations, file checks, evaluation of service, etc.
  • Analysing trends from QI processes and supporting Operations in the sharing of best practice and driving improvements.
  • Supporting the wider CI team to conduct Lean Six Sigma projects

  • Experience of continuous business improvements and supporting change.
  • Experience of working in a performance target driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
