A leading global SaaS business are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager in London. Its a permanent position and reports into the Senior Director of Content Marketing. This is a great creative opportunity for a content specialist within the techspace.Client DetailsGlobal SaaS business - looking to grow and hire a senior content managerDescription Lead, define and execute the content strategy across the clients product portfolio to communicatetheir core value proposition, drive adoption and evangelise our unique technology. Develop the themes and messaging, in tandem with the Product team, to raise awareness of the brandas a technology leader and in line with wider technology trends. Build a content plan that tells our technology story throughout the buying lifecycle through topost-purchase, retention and upsell. Align with the Communications team on new product announcements and viewpoints for mediaopportunities to highlight the brand as a technology thought leader. Partner with the Digital team to continually enhance the performance and effectiveness of content,including the metrics available to the content team. Set and maintain the standards for the organisations tone of voice and style across all internal and externaltouch points to ensure consistency and accuracy. Working with relevant stakeholders, continually assess and improve processes to streamline theproduction, approval and distribution of content across all channels in multiple countries.Profile Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Engineering / Computer Science, Journalism orother equivalent work experience required. Minimum 8 years experience of B2B content experience in the IT industry (software and SaaSpreferred). Technical background preferable with a good understanding of software development and its usewithin enterprises. Strong understanding of how to communicate to a wide range of audiences from developersthrough to the C-suite and via which channels. Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting skills plus an understanding of how stories can play outacross social, paid and owned channels. Superior organisation and project management skills - managing multiple projects, often in a timepressured environment.
