Lynx Recruitment are currently partnering with a Big 4 consultancy during a period of huge growth, our client is looking to bring in a number of finance professionals to join their finance transformation platform teams.Working with clients from multiple sectors you will support the implementation of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday etc) assisting in end-to-end design and implementation and full project management.Our client is looking for candidates are various levels including Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager.This is a great opportunity for finance related candidates who have an interest in finance transformation and implementation projects to be part of a wider team giving you more insight and opportunity to be involved.Your professional experience• Prior work experience within finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model, financial processes design/standardisation, automation and change management• Experience in working in multi-functional teams in the design and/or implementation phases more than one of the following elements: Finance Function Strategy, Roadmap, Business case, Operating model development (incl. Enabling Technologies), Organisation Design, Service Performance Management, Governance, and Operational Support Processes.Desirable skills• Holds skills and/or proficiency in the following: SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL, Tableau, Python, VBA, Outsystems, QlikView and ACL and other similar tools• Finance professional qualification such as (but not limited to): ACA, ACCA, CIMAIf yourself or anyone you know looking with the skillset needed for this position please apply and I will be in touch.
