If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us. Your role The Data & Analytics Delivery team sits within our Analytics and Cognitive consulting group. Our practitioners work on challenging projects with leading FTSE 100 clients across strategy, advisory and implementation. As a Data Privacy Architect within Deloitte, you will be working within the Data Management team of the Data & Analytics Modernisation practice alongside some of the top experts in the country and on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across a variety of industry sectors. Our projects vary greatly and your responsibility as a Senior Consultant will differ based on the focus of the client engagement and your skillset but could include and may require you to: • Documenting processes & procedures for data privacy controls - focus on how to collect, process , share, archive, and delete the record • Maintaining internal records and logs of control status, overall compliance levels, consent management and Records of Processing Activities • Developing Test plan & Test Scripts for testing data privacy measures • Conducting business user training • Providing support to the team on data subject rights requests, record of processing activities and any other relevant BAU activity • Assisting in ad hoc duties as and when required Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but we make arrangements respectfully; there may be some opportunity for working from home depending on client and project demands. Your professional experience We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have relevant working experience across some of the following: • Experience of at least one end-to-end data protection project • Experience in monitoring data protection controls and identification of risks • Experience providing both face-to-face and remote training to business users • Ability to create and document operational processes and procedures • Exposure to consent management requirements & process for PIA data • Experience of a software development lifecycle or delivery methodology from user requirements definition through design, development, testing and implementation • Exposure to data privacy tools such as Informatica Data Privacy, IBM OPTIM/ StoredIQ, Protegrity etc. • Good analytical skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Good presentation and communication skills • Good interpersonal skills Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
