The Revenue Growth team specifically focusses on the Consumer Goods market. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience with an interest in Revenue Growth Management to join us, working in fast-paced teams with other highly talented, fun and motivated colleagues. As part of the delivery team, you will focus on the implementation of large-scale analytics projects and work with exceptional advisory and product teams who are developing groundbreaking Revenue Growth Management propositions. Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolving marketplace. Your role As a senior consultant you will enable businesses to maximize the value of their data assets through visualization. You will also be responsible for designing and building scalable and effective data models and implementing the advanced analytics capabilities into reports for analysis. Your role will focus on providing expertise in the delivery of a technical product solution. Youll have responsibilities to: • Work with the data engineer and database administrator to ensure that the analyst has proper access to the needed data sources. • Work with data engineers to determine and locate appropriate data sources that meet stakeholder requirements. • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution • Identify new processes or improve existing processes for collecting data for analysis. • Analyse large datasets and write comprehensive reports • Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems. Your professional experience We are looking for candidates with technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have experience across the following: Essential • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst and dealing with integrated systems. • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design and development, data mining and segmentation techniques (ideal but not mandatory) • Strong knowledge and experience with databases (SQL, Azure, snowflake etc) • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of data/information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. • Experience collaborating with software development teams, other data scientists, business intelligence or other technical roles • Excellent communication including direct correspondence with senior leadership • Experience with Azure (Databricks) Desirable: • Experience with data visualization and presentation, turning complex analysis into insight • Experience with Reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc.) • Experience with Programming tools (e.g. Python, R etc.) Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
