Job Purpose: To be a member of the DA Management team with responsibility for the oversight and maintenance of the Customer Standards/Conduct Risk and Complaints framework for Coverholders and TPAs.Detailed Duties:Ensure the underwriting and issuance of all forms of delegated underwriting business is carried out in accordance with business protocols, to include:- Assisting the Delegated Underwriting Manager in establishing and maintaining a robust conduct compliance framework, specifically the oversight and monitoring of customer standards and complaints handling policies and procedures for all Coverholders and TPAs in line with regulatory expectations.- Assisting the Delegated Underwriting Manager in managing and maintaining a strong regulatory relationship with Lloyds Complaints and Conduct Risk teams.- Assisting the Delegated Underwriting Manager with ensuring the business continues to meet all Lloyds minimum standards in these areas.- Assisting in developing a positive conduct and complaints handling culture in the company and for Coverholders and TPAs.- Oversight and collation of all Conduct Risk and Complaints reporting requirements of Coverholders and TPAs for onwards transmission to FCA, Lloyd’s, and internally to the Product Oversight Group.- Acting as the single point of contact for all complaints emanating from delegated business, making sure all communications sent in are in accordance with relevant deadlines and contain all appropriate wording.- Monitoring and communicating emerging conduct and complaints handling risks to the Delegated Underwriting Manager and the wider business.- Collect and collate Conduct MI from third-parties for inclusion in Management Conduct pack.- Produce quarterly Conduct MI pack for management review.- Responsibility for keeping all Conduct and Compliant Handling policies and procedures up to date and in line with regulatory expectation.- Attendance at the monthly Product Oversight Group meeting and, where required, relevant Lloyd’s groups- Where required, assist the Delegated Underwriting Team with the completion of Lloyd’s pre-bind quality assurance and general contract reviews in line with expected turnaround times, to include Lineslips, Binding Authorities and Consortia.- Where required, assist the Delegated Underwriting Team with reviewing other forms of Delegated Authority such as Master Policies and non-Lloyd’s binders.- Circulate to relevant Lloyd’s / LMA conduct and complaints bulletins and information to stakeholders- Where required, assist the Delegated Underwriting Team with maintaining and updating Coverholder information from Lloyds Atlas and BAR systems.- Assist in general management and oversight of the businesses bordereaux management systems and processes (BDX and SATS), specifically conduct and complaints dataKey Requirements- Strong conduct risk, complaints and DA experience within the Lloyd’s market- Experience working within a DA or conduct risk function- 1st line experiencePlease get in touch for further information.
