for a Senior Communications Manager to drive and deliver mass personalised customer communications to help grow an exciting proposition and drive internal communications to raise awareness of Kinetic and new features. We need someone with a passion fordriving brilliant communications and CRM, someone who is not afraid to challenge convention and wants to be a revolutionary within our business. You’ll be working within our Go to Market (GTM) team supporting our growing customer base to ensure communications are sent to customers in order to deliver a best in class experience to progress them through the customer journey. Working on a ground breakingmobile-first proposition you’ll be comfortable working with Email, SMS and push notifications, identifying the best messages and mediums to deliver based on customer actions. You’ll be leading one-to-one communications activity, developing our communications strategy and ensuring campaigns are executing correctly, and optimised based on insights. The role reports to the Proposition Lead for the programme within the GTM team Kinetic has very aggressive targets in 2023 and 2024 and the comms manager role is critical in helping us achieve this, specifically by executing on: 1. Growing customer engagement with the app, supporting the commercial targets to introduce customers to other Kinetic/partner products 2. The Senior Communications Manager is the champion of the use of personalised communications to drive better reach and engagement across the user base. This role exists to drive service and process improvement through thorough planning, execution and analysisof the effectiveness of customer communications. The ideal candidate will be results-focused, plugged into the world of consumer engagement, and have a strong experience and understanding of the value of using CRM to drive increased reach and engagement anda passion for customer experience.In this role, you will be: •Leveraging processes and tools, govern and manage the customer data, including integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation approach •Partnering with Stakeholders to define, create, build and manage all customer communications (email nurtures, events, webinars, customer communication, internal communications, etc.) •Developing dashboards/reports that communicate marketing performance •Advising on data driven marketing best practice in market and produces repeatable toolkits •Responsible for reporting and insights across marketing activity •Ensuring all communications adhere to the latest regulation and own the approvals of communication with relevant stakeholders e.g. legal, risk, communications team •To create and document the customer lifecycle communications and contact strategy •Develop internal communications that will increase awareness of Kinetic, new features •Support the GTM lead to launch new Kinetic products and featuresTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: •Experience in a digital marketing role with experience of working within Financial Services, Fintech or similar regulated environment (utilities/telco) •Experience working in internal communications or marketing is essential •It is essential to have knowledge of a Campaign Management or Marketing Automation platforms such as Airship, Braze or Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua •Excellent attention to detail •Strong stakeholder management skills and communicator to build strong working relationships •Clear track record of leveraging customer insight and data to understand, interpret and meet customer needs •Copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail •Ability to work independently
