Be sure to check out our customer success stories where you can learn more about the industry-leading clients we work with!About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our in house Legal Team.The role is predominantly remote. However, the candidate would be expected to commute to the one or other of the Company’s offices or shared workspaces for periodic team meetings and as may be required to discharge their responsibilities (including to meetother stakeholders in the business).Responsibilities include managing and advising on a range of commercial matters, predominantly commercial contracts (including customer and supply contracts, partner and reseller agreements, terms & conditions), but the ideal candidate will possess knowledgeand expertise across a broad spectrum of commercial issues, including contract law, data protection, and regulatory and compliance. Strong drafting skills and experience in contractual risk assessment and negotiation are key, with the successful candidatebeing able to lead negotiations of complex agreements. They should also have experience advising on contractual disputes.The successful candidate should demonstrate commercial awareness, and adaptability to shifting business priorities while working collaboratively within a team, even in a remote setting, and to support other members of the Legal team in the negotiation ofcommercial agreements with third parties and other commercial issues.A keen interest in the IT sector and technology and experience of public sector contracting would be advantageous.What you can expect from us:At Nasstar, we know the importance of looking after our employees - after all, it’s the team that underpins our business!In addition to a competitive salary, supportive teams, and a real opportunity to progress in your career with a forward-thinking organisation, our benefits package includes:
