Be Ambitious, Collaborate,Do The Right Thing, Pursue Excellence and Bring Your Personality".*About the role:*We work in highly regulated industries, delivering transformation through a combination of Technology Enablement and Delivery, Cloud Native Architecture and Development,DevOps Transformation, Cloud Security and DevSecOps.We deliver projects via a multi-disciplinary approach, a key component of which is Project and Programme Delivery and Governance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Project Managers withexperience of delivering Cloud projects on an enterprise scale.You will work inside some of the worlds largest organisations, helping them adopt public cloud rapidly, despite the organisational and regulatory challenges they face. Projects will range frombuilding secure cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure, delivering cloud security projects, running migration programmes (on-prem to cloud and cloud to cloud) and moving customers out of datacenters and into the cloud across AWS, GCP and Azure.*Requirements:**A proven project manager, with significant experience delivering complex projects or programmes across a variety of sectors* Experience in managing, prioritising, and scheduling large complex programmes and portfolios* Financial Services (Core Banking, Payments,Insurance) or Central Government experience (Change or modernisation programmes within major Government entities)* Solid understanding of technology delivery approaches and associated Project Management processes (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)* Strong commercialawareness and understanding* Experience delivering technology Infrastructure projects in enterprise environments* Demonstrable experience delivering meaningful Public Cloud projects in corporate environments - youll have played a lead role in the developmentof platforms, migration of applications or exit or datacenters* A thorough understanding of effective programme governance and controls* Exceptional personal leadership and team working skills, able to direct, inspire, and motivate all the individuals andteams they work with* Confident and clear communication skills; proven ability to communicate at a Senior level across a wide range of client and partner organisations, including global corporates* Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies andaccredited by a recognised body (APM, PMI or BCS) in a relevant Project Management domain-* Billable & Non-Billable Bonus Schemes (typically around 10%)* 7.5% Pension Contributions* 25 days holiday* Private Healthcare* £1,500 training budget plus open accessto our L&D partner You Can Now* Macbook / iPhone* Flexible Hybrid Working* 4 x Salary Life Insurance* Flu Jabs* Cycle Scheme* Season Ticket Loan * Were as flexible as we can be on location.
