Job Purpose StatementResponsible for client reporting change functions including establishing and maintaining institutional client reports on reporting tools, systems and internal records and the production of the institutional client reports across multiple operations and businessunits. In this role, the analyst is responsible for pulling reporting requirements, working with Distribution and building out reports. BAU will also include the preparation of reports in adherence to controls and processes. Role ResponsibilitiesHow youll spend your time....

  • Attending Go Live calls, buidling new reports and changes to any existing reporting following official processes.
  • Monitor regularly all reporting requests using SalesForce and providing updates to Stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with external (e.g. System Vendors) and internal partners (e.g. accounting, administration, performance, investments, relationship managers) to achieve goals.
  • Understand internal and external client goals, needs and expectations. Provide effective and timely communication.
  • Monitor, track and report on performance again service level goals and benchmarks. Perform trend analysis, identify, recommend and implement process improvements designed to meet client expectations and corporate goals.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are current and provide oversight of policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise an execution support to business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary.
Key CapabilitiesTo be successful in this role you will have....
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) preferably in Accounting, Reporting and Finance and or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management and/or wealth management
  • Knowledge of security attributes crossing several asset types and accounting concepts.
  • Proven people leadership with prior experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deadlines. Must be highly responsive and proactive in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong leadership competencies and execution skills by way of cross-collaboration and workflow facilitation with multiple internal business partners.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, reach conclusions, and take action.
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations and ability to conduct process improvement efforts;
  • Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and ability to present and influence on recommendations.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advance proficiency in Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
