Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BD specialist to join one of the worlds leading law firms. The role would probably suit a very strong executive looking for a step up in responsibilities.The successful applicant will work with the Real Estate Client & Marketing Development team which primarily supports the practice and key client teams to build credibility in key markets, as well as devising strategies to grow existing client relationships,pursue and win new business opportunities and deliver world class marketing support. The role holder will enjoy a hands-on role that will require efficient and high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The opportunities are typically cross-practice andmulti-jurisdictional, meaning close collaboration with colleagues throughout the firm’s network. Operating closely with the partnership, you will support the development of the practice, through the delivery and project management of business development,sales support, client focus and marketing initiatives. On the BD side you will manage the delivery of top quality capability statements and pitches, collaborate on client relationship programmes and may also become involved in a strategic client team. TheSenior Client & Market Development Executive will also have strong involvement in broader marketing and communications activities, including the compilation of legal directories and award submissions, preparing and maintaining marketing collateral and workingwith the Events team to deliver key client events and seminars.The successful candidate will be joining a very strong team and will find themselves in an excellent environment in which to develop. The role will require proven business development and marketing experience gained in a professional services organisation,ideally a law firm, to include demonstrable success working on competitive proposals. A confident and resilient team player and highly motivated self-starter, the Senior Client & Market Development Executive will possess excellent project management and analyticalcapabilities and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
