Job Description

An international professional services firm is seeking a Senior Change Manager to establish and oversee the delivery of an overarching change strategy across their Finance and HR ERP transformation programmes (SAP).Both programmes have a significant technology enablement component with SAP S4Hana and SuccessFactors, with a focus on Organisational Change Management (OCM).The Programme Director described the role as"A critical role in our portfolio where youll be setting up an overarching change approach across the two programmes. You will establish a holistic change, training and communications approach to our impacted users and broader organisation. You must have have experience setting up change, communications and training frameworks across a large scale SAP implementation and seen it through."Reporting to the Programme Director, your remit will be to own the design and delivery of the cross-programme Organisational Change Management strategy - including change, training and communications. Key responsibilities will include: -

  • Develop and own an integrated change management plan that details key change activities, deliverables and outputs through the transformation delivery lifecycle;
  • Embed a comprehensive governance structure for managing the portfolio of change
  • Establish and oversee a Change Network across the business to embed and pilot new ways of working amongst both business services employees and front-offce
  • Lead the RFP for selection of third party change management provider in conjunction with procurement and legal
  • Define change impact scope and co-ordinate the deployment of appropriate change interventions
  • Participation in the Transformation Programme Design Authority
  • To successfully in this role you will need to have:
  • Experience leading the change management strategy, approach and execution across SAP programmes multiple times.
  • Qualified change practitioner, with a Change Management qualification such as PROSCI.
  • Ideally with experience of having delivered change in a law firm or professional services organisation where there is a partnership environment and model.
  • An experienced Executive-level stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation.
