Job Description

Transformation & Change - Senior ConsultantPermanent, 4 or 5 days a weekLocation: hybrid - London or UK hubs (Nottingham, Bristol, Manchester)Salary: £40,000-£45,000pa + Bonus + Car AllowanceAltum Consulting are partnering a boutique management consultancy firm to recruit a number of Senior Consultants to its growing change team on a permanent basis. Our client is a people focused consultancy firm whose ethos is to deliver real, sustainableand lasting change across its diverse and impressive client base in the dynamic transport sector. This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to build their team of exceptional Senior Consultants.Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of, or lead a project team across several of the following technical capabilities: case for change, strategic vision, leadership alignment, business case creation, governance frameworks, change impact assessments, communications and engagementstrategy, stakeholder mapping, operational readiness, familiarisation, induction and training, benefits management and realisation
  • Provide guidance and support for more junior team members
  • Manage deliverables independently on behalf of themselves and more junior team members with responsibility for managing a specific workstream
  • Clear understanding of the impact of the people and process change on stakeholders
Key experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of change experience
  • Experience in working on complex change projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with ambiguity and deal with resistance
  • Powerful relationship building, communicating and presenting, and influencing skills
  • Be results driven and confident in achieving the desired outcome
  • Degree educated and ideally Prosci certified or similar
