Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Change ManagerContract type: 12-month fixed term contract, full timeLocation: London UK, with requirements 1 to 2 times a week in their London office.Salary: £55,000 per annumReports To: Project Delivery LeadWe have a great opportunity for a Senior Business Change Manager working on a 12-month fixed term contract with one of Londons largest housing associations. The association is at an exciting point in their story with a merger in progress and as a resulthave a variety of integration programmes in place.They are looking to appoint a Senior Business Change manager to develop and implement a change management approach across all of their integration programmes. Responsibilities will also include working closely with cross-functional teams and line managinga small team of Business Change Managers.Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience of 3+ years as a Senior Business Change Manager
  • Prosci, CCMP and or CMI qualifications
  • Experience developing and implementing change management approaches for an organisation
  • Recent and relevant experience working in cross-functional teams on programmes and projects in a change management role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels
  • Ideally have experience of the Prosci ADKAR model and/or APMG Change Management
  • A desirable - experience working as a Senior Change Manager within housing, councils or the public sector.
