Job Description

Senior Business Analyst - Yardi VoyagerLondon Highly competitive salaryCobalt are working alongside a leading Global Consulting firm who are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month contract to support their Real Estate Funds department. The ideal applicant will come from a Fund Accounting background and specialise in working with the Property Management Accounting system Yardi Voyager.The purpose of this opportunity is to ensure the increase in efficiency across Yardi Voyager and enhance the user experience, along with assisting of the deployment and increased use of Yardi Voyager across Real Estate.Core responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for working with the Yardi Support team to manage the items on Yardi Voyager backlog
  • Analyse and develop solutions to satisfy business requirements along with managing the creation and delivery of project outputs
  • Day-to-day management of operational and technical aspects relating to Yardi Voyager
  • Analyse and simplify internal and external business operating requirements
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders as required
  • Support the Business Analyst with on-boarding of new Funds or Entities along with any changes to existing Funds or Entities
  • Engage with stakeholders through the process of delivering the quality assurance, UAT and training before deployment to Live.
  • Ensure full participation in the performance development review process of the platform and maintain an up to date record of all training and development programs
  • Identify risks and trouble shoot accordingly
    • Personal specification and Key Skills:
  • You will have excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet strict deadlines
  • You will have a strong background in Fund Accounting within Real Estate
  • Extensive Yardi Voyager experience including Investment Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent skills in complex stakeholder management
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Strong change management skills including being able to manage resistance to change obtaining a positive conclusion for users and other stakeholders
