Permanent Job Alert:Title: Senior Business Analyst Lead Salary: Up to £90,000 + £20,000 bonus Location: London - Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office Industry: ConsultancySenior Business Analyst Lead Overview:Forsyth Barnes has partnered with a software consultancy in London that are looking to add leadership into their Business Analyst function. The business is passionate about removing the friction between customers and consumers, creating experiences thatbuild brand loyalty and create unbreakable relationships. This business is known for their innovation and end to end customer experience.Senior Business Analyst Lead Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Business Analysts
  • The candidate will have client facing responsibilities, managing stakeholders, and holding 3rd parties accountable.
  • Managing the performance and upskilling the current team. You will be managing any underperformance.
  • The teams will be using Actimize software.
  • You will be engaged in the delivery of solutions with the expectations of achieving at least 50% utilisation across a calendar year.
Senior Business Analyst Lead Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience
  • Have previous experience of managing a team of Business Analysts and upskilling teams.
  • Experience of working with Actimize software
  • Previous experience of working on AI projects
  • You need to be proactive.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong presentation skills
