Job Description

UNDERSTAND PEOPLE, INSPIRE GROWTHSenior Business Analyst Location: London We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst required to support effective delivery of key strategic initiatives within Operations. This role acts as the bridge between the business and the development teams, understanding and capturing the product visions and requirements of the business for the new technical capabilities under construction and translating these for the development teams to build. Role also responsible for ensuring the integrity of the new capabilities through quality assurance.Key responsibilities:

  • To support effective delivery of key strategic initiatives in Operations including, but not limited to:
  • Delivery of USOC technical improvements identified by Solution Architect
  • Ongoing enhancements to systems delivering key projects incl. USOC and Crime
  • Mapping process flows to identify technical requirements
  • Quality assurance and testing of new capabilities
  • Act in a product owner capacity as required
    • Key capabilities:
  • Solid experience within a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technology teams and translate business requirements
  • Solid experience mapping process flows to identify technical requirements
