Job Description

Senior Business Analyst / Medium Sized FTSE 250 / Hybrid working role (Remote UK)Arnold Ash have been retained to identify and attract an Applications and Systems IT Business Analyst by a market-leading FTSE 250 due to exponential growth. The Business Analyst will report directly to the Group Head of PMO in this heavily invested department.This business has a fantastic company culture with many examples of talent development, training, career advancement and growth.The successful Senior IT Business Analyst must have:

  • Very strong communication skills
  • Degree Education in a relevant subject
  • Hands on experience and detailed knowledge in Business Cases, Applications, Visio, Test Cases and Software Building Projects
  • A dynamic work ethic and "can do attitude"
The successful Senior IT Business Analyst will have experience:
  • working in a large organisation/public listed organisation at some point
    • ideally an international business
    • any language skills are beneficial but not essential (French etc.)
  • working with cross functional teams in Business Process Development
  • Data Migration and Process Change
  • Test Management experience
  • working in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • facilitating workshops and focus groups and presentations
  • developing business requirements, within standard business requirement documents, process flows and presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio),
  • Knowledge of Data Migration, SAP, SuccessFactors, Jira or similar
  • in daily scrums, workshops, sprint planning and show and tells etc.
  • Agile and Waterfall
