Senior Building SurveyorLocation: South LondonPanoramic is facilitating the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor who can work with a consultancy in London, to offer a resolution-focused surveying service providing excellent customer service. Helping to ensure that all Surveying work is in fullcompliance with relevant Statutory Requirements and regulations.We are currently looking for a candidate with a BSc in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or similar but if you feel you have the equivalent experience please still applyIn this role, you will be undertaking the role of Contract Administrator/Project Manager on Building Surveying building works commissions, including the preparation of specifications and drawings.Key Responsibilities* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building best practices.* Undertaking a variety of Building Surveys including Condition Surveys, Dilapidation Surveys, and DDA surveys* Maintaining and monitoring financial performance of projects through the use of Workbench & client-specific systems.* Ensure project work meets all relevant technical and professional standards on a consistent basis. * Manage the client relationship in conjunction with the Manager* supporting & mentoring junior members of staffQualifications and Training* MRICS/ MCIOB or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.* BSc Building Surveying, Construction Management or similar or equivalent by experience.Next Steps:If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me for a confidential conversation on Or submit an up-to-date CV.
