Pulling from strategic insights and data, you can create and bring to life strategic collaborations that move the world.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our brand purpose, our business objectives, our partners goals, the consumer journey and how it comes to life in marketing (across purpose, talent, content, digital & technology).With an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, as the Partnerships Senior Manager, you will support the Director of Partnerships and Chief Communications Officer in building a clear and impactful partnershipsstrategy that allows Charlotte Tilbury to reach new and valuable global audiences. Partnerships at Charlotte Tilbury will include purpose, brand, entertainment, talent, tech and creative collaborations. Partnerships are a strategic priority for the businessin the coming years, as we cement our position as the most innovative, disruptive global beauty media and tech platform.The Partnerships Senior Manager will work closely with teams across Local Regions, Marketing, Creative and Product to build world-class partnerships that define Charlotte Tilbury as an industry changing beauty tech and media platformthat makes you feeland look beautiful.In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Partnerships. Requirements

• Significant brand, commercial partnerships and marketing experience
• Disruptive thinker, partnership experience in other product categories welcome
• Experience in negotiating complex commercial licensee deals
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple partners and projects
• IQ/EQ balance that allows you to use data to inform your decisions and the insight to create deep connections across the business to get the job done
• Decision quality, leveraging experience, analysis and judgement to understand complex business deals and multifaceted programs
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
