Job Description

Senior Block ManagerSalary: Up to £50,000Location: Central LondonI have partnered with an extremely reputable managing agent based in Central London, who are looking to add to their team at a senior level.The company is a leader in the high-end market, successfully providing a unique service and staying a step ahead of their competition in various ways, especially with their attitude to quality of service.Employees at this business receive unrivalled flexibility with their working patterns, an extremely competitive base salary, and a supportive and friendly environment to work in.Your responsibilities:

  • Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
  • Day to day maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
  • Liaising with contractors regarding reactive maintenance
  • Managing major works projects and serving section 20 notices
  • Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations and legislation are up to date
Key requirements:
  • MIRPM qualified
  • Significant experience managing a block portfolio (applicants without experience will not be considered)
  • Knowledge of the section 20 process and proven experience overseeing major works projects
  • Experience with budgeting
  • A positive, can-do attitude (service with a smile!)
  • Strong system use (Microsoft, Cube)
