Job Description

  • Review and improve the benefits provisions and take a leading role in annual benefit processes
  • Manage escalated employee queries regarding benefits
  • Actively drive employee engagement and uptake of benefits
  • Parter closely with the wider and global benefits team alongside other key stakeholders
  • Champion wellbeing and play a leading role in the wellbeing committee for Europe
  • Conduct and organise benefit fairs and present offerings to new hires
What is the company looking for
  • 4+ years in a solely benefits focused role is required
  • Experience within a fast paced and professional services environment desirable
  • Proven interest in mentoring junior team members
  • Evidence of taking initiative and been proactive
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills to build rapport with various stakeholders and present to large groups
