Senior Backend Developer / Technical Lead *Remote Interview WFH*. Do you have expertise with backend software development You could be taking a lead role amongst a small team of engineers working on a ground breaking search technology using the latest technologies. As a Senior Backend Developer / Technical Lead you will remain hands-on, designing and developing new features, enhancements and components on the core product, theres a lot of new Greenfield development projects as well as optimisation and scalability work.As a senior member of the team youll take a lead on projects and provide mentoring; you will work with other engineers to remove pain points, optimise workflows and enhance the intelligence and capabilities of the system, taking technical ownership and working with Product Owners and Marketing to flesh out business requirements and ensure that the team is solving the right problems to help the business.
