Our client is looking for an Account Manager who will take ownership of the delivery of services for their clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing oversight of operations & escalation for issues as appropriate.Benefits: A competitive salary combined with a performance-related bonus scheme 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays Private health care Pension Latest Apple Tech Training, mentoring and personal development Main Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining serviceexcellence and ensuring client satisfaction Ensuring and demonstrating Value for Money to clients through clear reporting and responsiveness to queries Building and strengthening relationships with key client personnel to understand the needs of the clientand ensure staff are positioned to manage the tactical and strategic delivery of services and to identify and win any new business opportunities Ensuring timely and accurate communication with all key relationships to identify any areas of weakness and workwith Operational teams to suggest and implement improvements Working with Charter Sales to maximise revenue opportunities for both the company and the client within defined timescales and budgetary considerations Overseeing and intervening as necessary inkey operational decisions that affect service delivery or costs.
