Job Description

Prospero Integrated are looking for a Senior AV Engineer for one of our most exciting clients!ROLE: Senior AV EngineerLOCATION: London/South EastSALARY: Up to £38kROLE SUMMARY: Our client has forged a reputation within the AV industry for installations of the highest quality and class. Our clients senior Engineers are the front line in ensuring that this quality is maintained and upheld throughoutour work. By taking the lead at our clients larger projects and training Junior Engineers to ensure they are trained to a high standard, you will play a fundamental part to ensure this reputation keeps building.Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior AV Engineer:

  • Oversee a constantly evolving portfolio of projects, ensuring that Design Integrations meticulous standards are constantly delivered.
  • Deputise for the Project Manager on site surveys and client meetings as required.
  • Work alongside Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of installation projects.
  • Attend site surveys, liaise with clients and site managers as required by Project Manager.
  • Head up the onsite engineering team on larger scale jobs as required by Project Manager.
  • Hand over jobs to engineering teams when required by Project Manager.
  • Be a first point of contact for engineers who require assistance on any of your sites.
  • Manage and oversee the development of Junior Engineers.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of installation techniques and the equipment that we are integrating.
  • Manage the timely completion of projects you are overseeing.
What do we require from you
  • Extensive experience of AV installation.
  • Strong experience of working on both building sites and corporate environments.
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Health and Safety policies on site.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think laterally and problem solve on your feet.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • ECS/CSCS card holder.
