£75,000 pa plus benefits packageFlexible location - hybrid working with 2 days minimum in London SW1 officeThe Senior Assurance Manager organises and conducts assurance reviews and audits, leads the Assurance team that provides assurance expertise internally and to the supply chain in support of demonstrating value for money delivery and adherence to projectmanagement best practice.The Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme has been established to tackle the significant work that needs to be done to protect and preserve the heritage of the Palace of Westminster and ensure it can continue to serve as home to the UK Parliamentin the 21st century. This is an enormous and unprecedented undertaking, which is expected to be the most complex renovation programme of any single building the UK has ever seen.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in Assurance and Quality management in complex programme and construction project environments. A thorough understanding of the application and mechanisms of programme and project lifecycles,gateway reviews, process workflows, continuous improvement and lessons learnt is needed for this role. Ideally a member of the Chartered Quality Institute, APM, or a similar professional institution. Experience as a Lead Auditor, with excellent knowledge ofISO 9001, preferably gained through implementing ISO 9001 management systems, and other management systems based on ISO standards (such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001). In addition, knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, Business Case Development as per theGreen Book Guidance and Building Safety Act would be preferable. Ability to gain the trust of senior stakeholders, the Assurance team, and the supply chain in order to foster collaborative working relationship.You will have substantial and demonstrable experience in a similar role, developing and delivering integrated assurance plans, leading complex assurance reviews and audits within a large organisation with a pragmatic approach to resolving issues and progressingactions whilst retaining a determined independence and the ability to analyse and interpret data and statistics.Benefits include:
