MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Senior Asset Management Administrator to work with a fantastic housing provider based in London. This role is part-time - offered on a 12-month temporary contract. Working as part of the wider Property Services team to lead a team of 2 Administrators who are responsible for managing the stock database. Ensuring the database is kept up to date with stock condition surveys, updating completed works and continual validation of the data. Responsibilities:Provide reliable and accurate reports for the business including KPIs Ensure rescheduling or planned maintenance and decent homes records Carry out user administration functions Ensure key reporting fields are kept up-to-date, and numbers are reconciled alongside housing management system Train other staff in use of stock database Train consultants and contractors on system access and updating Coordination of stock condition surveys to internal and external surveyors, working closely with project surveyors to ensure delivery of annual programme Analyse data from the database, ensuring it is accurate and complete Liaise with external contractor to ensure that stock condition surveys are carried out effectively Skills Required: Previous experience of working within Housing Property Services Excellent working administration and data experience Advanced Excel skills - proven experience of using multiple databases, spread sheets and analysing large quantities of dataExperience of working with an asset database e.g. Lifespan or Keystone Previous Line Management or Supervisory experience Excellent communication skills
