It improvesthe Contract Research Associate experience, aids pro-active decision making, and reduces risk and costs, to increase study performance, patient safety, and time to market for the drug/device. Put another way, its saving lives.***As a Technical Expert:** Bea hands-on contributor involved directly in the development of Software Applications* Participate in technical conversations, driving direction of engineering initiatives as needed* Actively engage in code reviews to improve code quality and promote TDD/BDDapproach* Promote good engineering practices for co-located and remote teams* Be able to propose solutions based on the well known design patterns* Help the team to debug production issues and provide possible workarounds and solutions* Thrive in a team environmentand has strong people communication skills* Be a problem solver - find creative solutions for tough problems*Your Competencies:** Good understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (ES6/ES7)* Experience with Node.js, React, Redux, Webpack* Experience with TDDand BDD (Mocha, Chai, Cucumber)* Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and debugging web servicesYour Preferred Competencies:** CSS frameworks (Bootstrap), SASS, LESS and Responsive UI* Development in SaaS and cloud-based environments* AWS exposure* Experiencein Java 8, Spring boot and building REST APIs* Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues*Your Education & Experience: *Typically requires strong related experience with a Bachelors degree; or good and a Masters degree; or equivalent work experience.*Diversity& Belonging are embedded in our culture:*We know that diverse teams win when they feel a sense of belonging.
