At present, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Anaesthetic and Recovery Nurse to join their Theatres Department. The Candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Anaesthetic and/or Recovery Practitioner to join a brand-new Flagship Hospital. You will be instrumental in developing team culture, being involved from the very beginning. The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. Reporting to the Theatre Manager and Theatre Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running ofthe Theatres department, providing expert knowledge and supporting the team of Anaesthetic Practitioners, Recovery Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. This is a great opportunity to learn and excel in this specialist area, and they are also happy to train anddevelop in other areas if you are interested. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which has a flexible shift pattern offering either long days or shorter shifts depending on your preference. In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration and the accredited Anaesthetic qualification or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with HCPC registration.
