Job Description

THE TEAMThe Payment Security and Governance Team focus on PCI Compliance and InfoSec Risk Management for all international markets and payment products.We engage all areas of the Business to provide SME guidance on Payment Security, alongside our colleagues in Global InfoSec.THE JOBWe are looking for a Senior InfoSec Compliance Analyst to join the diverse team where you will be helping to ensure the Compliance positions related to International Markets. This is defined as countries that have a Live Nation and Ticketmaster presence with the exception of US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.Reporting to the Director of Payment Services and Governance, you will work with a team that shares a common goal - embedding Payment Compliance and Governance that is much more than a tick box exercise’.We manage Payment Security in repeatable Projects; and Quarterly Payment Security Reviews to ensure we know our risk scope and potential workload.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to all Business Units on all areas relating to PCI DSS and information security best practices, aligned to InfoSec
  • Advising global teams on how to maintain PCI Attestation of Compliance, some of whom will self-assess
  • Lead Quarterly Payment Security Reviews with Markets and Product Owners as check points against previous compliance position
  • Document audit findings and recommendations using set Framework and materials
  • Leading Risk Assessments for identified InfoSec Risks, in collaboration with the Threat & Risk function
  • A strong working knowledge of the PCI DSS requirements and the importance of accurate reporting
  • SME level experience delivering PCI requirements to auditable standards of varying Attestation types
  • Knowledge of IT environments, information security, privacy, and threat and vulnerability management
  • Providing input to end to end documentation built to satisfy the requirements of internal and/or external audit
  • Partnering with internal teams to manage testing, gap analysis, remediation tracking, compliance documentation and evidence collection

  • Solid experience leading PCI Compliance related Projects and Assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience in InfoSec Risk Management
  • Knowledge of common technologies and infrastructure and industry standard payment security controls
  • Experience working with Qualified Security Assessors
