Job Description

We are partnered with a Global Bank who are looking for a Senior Analyst to join them. The role of Senior Analyst will sit within the EMEA Equity and Fixed Income Sales team and will be responsible for supporting pre and post trade deals.As the Senior Analyst you will:

  • Responsible for monitoring and resolving fails.
  • Ensure relevant reports and reconciliations are performed.
  • Responsible for booking all allocations of Block trades (CTM, FIX, voice, ALEX, GTC, ECN and Fidessa).
  • Monitor Salesbook, GBOI and Fails reporting and exceptions.
  • Monitoring Group inboxes.
  • Be a point of contact for Sales/Trade teams and Settlements.
  • Ensure B2B/omnibus book positions are flat intra day.
  • Assist on projects, process and improvements or new Business initiative as requested.
  • Ensure PRIMA maps and procedures are up to date.
  • Provide best client services to both internal and external clients, ensuring their queries are responded to within suitable timeframes.
You will need:
  • Previous relevant experience in Banking or Financial services sector.
  • Good Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Candidates should be educated to A level standard.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the day to day processes and workings of Equity Sales Support.
