Job Description

Senior Administrator Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa (Depending on experience) + BenefitsHours per week: 37.5Contract: PermanentLocation: London (3 different sites)Role Summary:The post holder will need to provide administrative support to both the Director of Allied Services of Primary Care and the Registered Managers (RMs) of Blossoms Healthcare along with assistance and management of clinical rotas.This role requires the post holder to travel to some of our other London sites, including Upper Bank, New Broad Street and Canary Wharf.Duties Include:

  • Diary Management
  • Clinical Diary and Rota Management
  • Meeting Organisation
  • Organising travel arrangements as and when required
  • Liaising with Talent Acquisition Team to book interviews with potential new members of staff and be the first point of contact for all new starters.
  • Manage delegated Workday inbox and Facilities Scheduler, holiday dairies for Blossoms GPs and Director of Allied Services teams.
  • Co-ordinate annual business appraisals for all staff managed by the Director of Allied Services and RMs
  • Managing the process for medical records requests for Blossoms Healthcare and supervise collation of records.
  • Support the wider PA/Admin team as necessary
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer care skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent MS Office and computer skills
  • Must be GCSE level or equivalent, with passes in English and Maths
  • Minimum of 3 years experience - ideally in healthcare environment and in a matrix leadership environment
