My client is a reputable global organization looking to recruit a Senior Acoustics Consultant to work from their office in London. You will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy that provides a full range of engineering support to commercial, public sector and industrial clients that span over a wide spectrum of markets including infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, and environmentalprograms. Requirements for this role are; minimum of a BSc or MSc in Acoustics or closely related field, a minimum of 5 years commercial experience in acoustics, membership of the Institute of Acoustics (preferably full membership), up to date knowledge and understandingof legislation such as BS 4142, BS 5228 and ProPG, and a driving licence. Duties will include- * Undertaking noise surveys, assessments and measurements. * Writing technical reports. * Supporting junior staff. * Liaising with clients and other industry professionals. You need to be of a social nature and be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.
