Job Description

In this role as an experienced individual contributor, you will sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory. Responsibilities Sell business applications software/solutionsand related services to prospective and existing customers Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application Participate in the development,presentation and sales of a value proposition Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers Soft skills Account management capacity with sales experience in selling tohospitality customers Experienced in building long term relationships with the hotel chains Great interpersonal and communication skills - able to manage negotiations with IT directors/general managers and owners of the properties Good presentation style -able to present professionally and eloquently to senior executives Independent and mature worker who requires minimal supervision - a self starter who can juggle the demands of the role and prioritize time and workload Good spoken and written English is necessary;any additional language would be a plus factor Requirements Bachelors degree of a relevant discipline with minimum 7 years applicable experience of sales experience Excellent communication and closing skills with proven successful sales track record withthe ability to penetrate and drive new and existing accounts Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracles competitors Interaction with C level players
