Job Description

Senior Account Manager - Part Remote / Hybrid - City of LondonSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.We are excited to be working with an award-winning, multi-national giant within the Creative Digital Media space! They specialise in ALL things digital, and often work with household brands from Redbull and Range Rover to Sony and Samsung.Their full-service creative studio (supporting professional services and insurance clients across B2B creative, strategy, digital and motion) is looking for an experienced Senior Account manager to join the team. This is a client facing role and the candidatemust have a passion for developing and maintaining great client relationships, as well as solid project management experience.The Role:This role will require promoting business services, winning and managing client briefs and holding key account meetings. The Senior Account Manager is accountable for developing key client relationships and prioritising the delivery of excellent customerservice, insight and quality control. The role will support a number of activities including delivering operational best practice, adherence to commercial / financial processes and MI reporting requirements. Excellent organisational and communication skillsand a collaborative approach are required. Their Account Managers are ambassadors of the company and have a client focussed, positive and can-do attitude.The ability to develop and nurture client relationships at a senior level is key. You will have the confidence to challenge client briefs, present ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders and make accurate, responsible decisions in response to rapidly changespriorities.What Youll Do:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers or Projects Managers as needed.
  • Liaise with the internal creative and production teams that are supporting the client.
  • Ensure key clients are fully aware of project timings, costs and risk implications at all stages.
  • Ability to manage and work with third parties such as Creative Agencies or Print Vendors.
  • Conduct client meetings including supporting the presentation of client MI.
  • Be the first point of escalation for the client.
  • Share best practise and examples of great work across the business.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues.
  • Confident in liaising with and presenting to clients.
  • Promote the business services with clients winning briefs, and ensure successful delivery through the wider creative and production teams.
  • Working with internal teams to manage budgets for projects, ensuring all relevant notes and processes are completed.
  • Support the invoicing of all projects, keeping documentary evidence of all job actions and costs.
  • Understanding of online digital asset management and workflow tools.
  • Ability to accurately collate and report on MI data.
  • Adhere to all Tag policies such as expense management and absence management.
  • Keep abreast of new trends and opportunities to innovate, ensuring the business offering is kept fresh to continue adding value to clients.
What Youll Have:
  • Experience as a Senior Account Manager in-house or in a creative agency.
  • Experience with corporate design clients preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of creative and production processes.
  • Knowledge of all creative workstreams including conceptual & strategy, digital and presentations.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent project management and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues.
  • Confident in liaising with and presenting to clients.
  • Understanding of technology tools such as workflow, automation and asset management tools.
  • Ability to accurately collate and report on MI data.
  • Line management experience preferred.
