Avvio Replys solutions are routed in human-centred design thinking, developed from the employee perspective - taking into accountthe culture, environment and technology of an organisation About the RoleAvvio Reply are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team of consultants, creatives, developers, events experts and experiential specialists all passionate about creating amazing workplace experiences and engaged employees who perform at theirbest. We work with all sorts of businesses and industries but they all have one thing in common - they care about their people. Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client accounts through consistent high-standards of project delivery and strong relationship building
  • Establish business objectives for each client project and provide full and detailed proposals that meet given budget and deadlines
  • Manage own time and projects effectively and understand the need to prioritise tasks or delegate where needed
  • Head up pitches and presentations - managing the development of these through the studio, working alongside the Senior Team
  • Ensure all client communications are checked and are of a high standard prior to sharing with client
  • Effectively manage, develop and mentor people either through line management, client teams or internal departments
  • To be fully accountable for gross margin achievement on all your projects
About the Candidate:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related fields
  • 3-6 years agency experience in comparable environment
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills at all levels (to include problem solving and resolving escalated issues)
  • Proven track record of successful client management and profitable account development
  • Excellent budget planning and management, cost control and profit maximisation skills
  • A professional qualification such as a CIM or DMI an advantage
