This is an exciting permanent opportunity as a Senior Account Manager at an industry leading business to business marketing agency! You will be responsible for managing a number of different clients and campaigns concurrently, being the main point of contactfor everything they need. You will also be providing an in-depth analysis of the business and applying the necessary strategy across multiple B2B technology marketing campaigns.Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:* Developing the agencys relationships and responsibilities with clients, building, and implementing strategic account plans & actions plans for each of them* Assisting the Senior Account Director with the process of understanding all clients businesses, making themselves indispensable to the client marketing teams* Reporting to the Senior Account Director, responsible for managing staff within their teams (AMs, AEs, Grad Trainees), being accountable for their performance and providing them with professional development opportunities* Working with planners to interrogate client briefs, by challenging and asking questions, to develop communications briefs that meet business needs in an effective and accountable way* Writing inspirational creative briefs in association with the planner and going on to direct the development of creative work, presenting and selling this effectively to clients* Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met* Managing the financials of each project and account, ensuring profitability and timely invoicing and billing* Reporting key financial and team data to the agencys senior leadership team* Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actionsSenior Account Manager Essentials:* Minimum of 2-4 years of Business to Business integrated marketing or tech marketing experience* Conscientious and detail oriented* Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms* Experience developing campaign strategyIf you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
