A dynamic forward thinking Pre IPO organisation within the FinTech is growing their team with the appointment of an 3x senior account executives / business development manager based from their London office targeting the UK and I enterprise space offeringan award winning range of treasury and cash management software. The Role: As a BDM you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from cradle to grave. Whilst you will receive leads from marketing and sales development the client is looking for a pro-active new business focused sales professional that is comfortable working aregion / vertical autonomously and therefore you need to be able to prospects as well as present and close. Due to their growth you will be given a vertical to develop (financial services, retail, real estate or manufacturing) based on your background / skillset/ personality and background within the treasury spaceThe Candidate: You will be able to demonstrate clear success over a sustained period of time within the treasury management space to enterprise clients £1 billion plus turnover businesses. If you have worked selling in to financial services, retail, manufacturing or realestate in the past it is advantageous sd these are key sectors for the companys growth however not essential as they operate across the enterprise spaceThe Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary up to £85,000-£120,000 (which could be negotiable) with an ote of double your base salary £190,000-£250,000 which is uncapped and has accelerators once your team surpass their target.
