Job Description

Senior 3rd Line Engineer - MS Gold PartnerCloud Support - London - Up to £65kMS Gold Partner have been growing their support team, and with this growth are looking for a Senior 3rd line engineer who can help with Service Desk Team Leadership but also be hands on technically. They are offering autonomy within the role to lead theteam, but also get involved in the 3rd Line Support issues remaining technically hands on. As a business they deal with a variety of customers including prestigious multi-national firms.Involved in the full life cycle of support from implementation, to providing an escalation route for the Service Desk, the role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an existing team of IT professionals

  • Microsoft Cloud solutions, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business)
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Practical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange
  • Technical Team Leadership
Not essential but nice to have:
  • Professional services / MSP Background
  • M365 / Azure certifications
