ROLE: Senior 3D Designer (space and interiors) Amazing new opportunity to work for a strategic design and production agency specialising in live retail environments.Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Design Director to deliver human-centric proposition. - Maintains consistently high-quality design standards on all leading projects.- Works closely with Design Director to ensure clear design direction on leading projects while supporting more junior members of the team to maintain a consistent standard of design.- Plays a key role in leading ideation and brainstorm sessions to produce innovative concepts and ideas for development.- Implements existing human-centric design strategy and recommends future opportunities to research to continue developing the agencys forward-thinking approach.Skills & Experience- Better suited for candidate with around 6 years experience as a designer for 3D spaces and interiors- Client facing experience- Must have experience in responding to creative briefs with a strong mind forideation and conceptual design.- Experience using Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer, SketchUp and Vector Works.- Strong 3D visualization, Animation skills not required but would be a bonus.- The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawingsPersonal Attributes- An education and passion for Interiors and Design- Open minded and willing to adapt to, and absorb company work methods whilst being eager and motivated in helping to improve standards as part of a group decision- An ability to solve problems creatively under pressure- An attention to detail and ability to work in a highly productive environmentSalary & Benefits- £45-50k - Private Health insurance- Holiday increases with service, 1 day after 2 years and an additional day after 3 years- Flexible working - Early finish FridaysLocation: London If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, then please get in contact with me: Major Players are the UKs leading digital, marketing, creative and tech talent agency.
