The roles will be full-time, long-term, supporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), 1:1 and group learning for Key Stage 5 pupils (2 to 19 years old), the school caters for children withSocial Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and additional Learning Difficulties / Special Educational Needs.*The school will consider individuals who have experience in mainstream schools and graduates as they will be providing on site training and CPD.Location: Newham (E13, E15, E16)Duration: Long TermStart Date: ImmediateContract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)The successful applicants will have: · Experience of working with or caring for children of a relevant age· Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals or SEN· Excellent Behaviour Management skills· Ability to utilise/implement Positive Behaviour Strategies· A calm, patient manner and ability to react positively to a fast-changing environment· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, staff and parents/careers· Ability to competently use a computer and the Internet (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)· An Enhanced Child or Child & Adult Workforce barred list DBS Certificate registered on the update serviceIf you would like to be considered for this role or require further information, please feel free to get in contact with me.
