Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant looking to work in a SEN SchoolDo you have experience supporting children with Complex NeedsWould you be available to start immediatelyIf you answered yes to the above, then this SEN Learning Support Assistant role is for you!SEN Learning Support AssistantQualiteach is looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant who is available to start working immediately in an outstanding SEN School that we are currently recruiting for. For this role you will mainly be classroom based where you will be requiredto support 6 students with Complex Needs. All the students you will be supporting will be working from the UK National Curriculum, but lessons will be adapted to meet their preferred learning style and ability. Due to the students needs some will be non-verbaland will get easily frustrated or overwhelmed in certain situations, which will then be displayed through their behaviour. There will also be an element of personal care which will include assisting the student to the toilet and helping them during lunchtimewhilst eating. Therefore, the ideal SEN Learning Support Assistant for this role must have had previous experience and have a kind and caring nature.SEN SchoolLocated in the London brough of Lambeth, this SEN School caters for girls and boys aged between 9-19 years with Complex Needs.
