Pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Security Architect to join an International Law firm and help to support the firm in to achieve their goals by devising effective solutions, centred around the use of technology with a specific responsibility forall things security focussed. Having architected the solution, the Infrastructure Architect will work closely with the project teams, providing direction, guidance and support to ensure the solution is successfully delivered to the business.The ideal candidate will have lots of experience looking at Infrastructure solutions from a security perspective and be able to quickly understand what security considerations should be taken into account across a wide range of products.Ideally, candidates will also have a broad range of technology experience which may include any of the below areas. AV meeting rooms Cloud Architecture (ideally Azure) Network Architecture (LAN/WAN etc) Microsoft identity stack (Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MSAL)Key dimensions of the role: apply technical and commercial understanding to achieve business outcomes via effective programs of change and investment; provide guidance to project and business teams on the technical design of systems, ensuring solutions are "fit for purpose" and architected for global delivery; communicate technical solutions articulately across all levels of stakeholder seniority and audience understanding; collaborate with the Technology department and business on the role of architecture, influencing key stakeholders towards changes that develop the technology platform in line with the strategy; ensure the Firms business strategy, technology strategy and market trends are aligned in solutions designed and delivered; drive business value from strategic investments through the re-use of technology platforms.The role will involve communicating effectively with C-Suite, discussing technical architecture in laymans terms and also involve interaction with senior lawyers regarding technology and working with external vendors on statements of work etc.We are open to applications from those from diverse backgrounds as well as those who have been working outside the legal or professional services space.This is a hybrid working role where you will receive a fantastic range of benefits including Private Medical Insurance, access to the free in-house fitness centre and subsidised health club membership, an onsite GP service, maternity/paternity/shared parentalleave, income protection, additional holiday/birthday leave, matched giving, travel insurance, season ticket loan and the option to join social and sporting clubs.
